For lunch: Job applications with a side of roasted garlic

This has been my week, roasting head, after head, after head of garlic and filling out application, after application, after application. A few positive hits, one rejection, and about 10 follow up emails later, still only working 2 days a week. Part time jobs until May, and then hopefully the real deal once I get to Boston.

The garlic at least has been made into salad dressing, spread on toast, mixed into pasta, and eaten straight from the jar with a spoon. Encouraging results.
